**This newly created space is located on the same floor as the main event space, Congress Hall and can be used in conjunction with Congress Hall or on its own.**

This spacious room is a blank canvas, ideal for exhibitions, networking events or to be used as a breakout or catering area for larger events happening in Congress Hall. 

If used for exhibitions the space can take up to fourteen 3m x 2m stands. 

Like all the event spaces at Congress Centre free Wi-Fi, the latest AV equipment, colour changeable LED lighting and air conditioning is provided.

**A contemporary self-contained suite of meeting rooms that are ideal for meetings, conferences and other networking events.**

The Invision suites come with a dedicated reception area for welcoming guests, complete with a LCD screen for branding. 

The main conference room offers both natural daylight or full black-out blinds, air conditioning and hi-tech equipment including built-in front projection, a touch panel control system to operate AV, intelligent lighting and free standard WiFi, supported by a 100 MB fibre optic line.

These suites are ideal for both smaller meetings and larger conferences as they can be used individually or combine together, creating a larger space. The additional rooms can also be used as a catering/ breakout space, and the suites offer their own toilet facilities. 

Invision Suites

**A large versatile conference hall which features stunning 1950s modernist features.** 

Situated in London, the venue is ideal for AGMs, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, awards dinners fashion shows, and other special events. 

The Space benefits from natural daylight, with full black-out available as well as air conditioning. 

Tech is also available such as an HD projector with digital sound desk, intelligent LED colour-changing lighting, 18ft drop-down screen and free standard WiFi, supported by a 100 MB fibre optic line.

Congress Hall

**A series of four flexible inter-connecting meeting rooms ideal for use as catering, syndicate or break-out areas for events in the Council Chamber.**

These four meeting rooms have been renovated into stylish contemporary meeting rooms, while keeping original 1950s features such as the wood panelling. 

They can be hired separately for smaller meetings and events, or the rooms can be combined by easy-to-remove partitions for larger events. Multiple rooms can be also be hired together. For example, one can be set-up theatre-style for a presentation while the next is a catering space and round table breakout areas in the third and fourth rooms. 

The meeting rooms offer air conditioning, natural daylight, with full black-out facilities and free standard WiFi, supported by a 100 MB fibre optic line.
