Hijingo is a unique Space for up to 350 Guests that will deliver an immersive multi-sensory event like never before for your next product launch or private party.
The venue design is inspired by a playful feeling of a futuristic nightlife utopia drawing artistic influences from the film Blade Runner and modernistic neon streets and patterned fabrics of Tokyo streets. There are also intricate, vivid murals hand-painted by artist Tom Lewis, whose work delivers an urban evolution of eastern ‘good luck’ iconography.
Your journey starts in the Welcome Bar, a perfect space for a reception against a backdrop of an original light box and neon Tokyo Wall installation. Showtime Tunnel will captivate and mesmerize your guests as they make their way to the Hijingo Room.
The Hijingo Room is the world’s first multi-functional space that uses ground-breaking technology to blur the border between the stage and the audience. Huge 3m high mirrored LED walls frame the purpose-built stage to create an optical illusion of holographic imagery floating through the room. An environmental lighting grid with an integrated multi-channel audio system wraps the walls and the ceiling. This system allows the room to dynamically reshape using stadium grade lighting and 360° sound to immerse the captive audience in the experience. This technology has been used in show production of Beyoncé’s pregnancy reveal at the 2017 Grammy Awards and Skepta’s Rave of the Future 2019 event.
The room facilities include a full-service cocktail bar, a DJ booth and a semi-private raised Lucky Box for up to 30 guests. The tables and seats of varying height for 195 guests ensure perfect view of the stage no matter the position. The table layout allows to accommodate groups of varying sizes with ease and comfort; the tables also feature ‘press for service’ buttons to ensure smooth and attentive delivery of the event.
