Hire La Unit at the Battersea Spanish - a flexible indoor venue hire for supper clubs, cabarets, movie nights, children's parties, dance classes, or meetings!
This large venue hire in London has enough for 80 standing or 60 seated, our space can be used for any event. It can be rearranged to a large table meeting space, seated theatre setting, or open floor space to dance! We have free wifi, whiteboard and projector to host classes, workshops or business meetings. Sound equipment is available upon request, so you can hold an intimate concert or performance at our centre.
Our space comes equipped with a kitchenette with hobs, oven, microwave and 40 table settings so you can host a dinner party, supper club or light refreshments at intermission. Bring your own alcohol and catering to our space as there is plenty of room. Guests also have access to a beautiful outdoor space with gazebos and a picnic table. Perfect for your summer party, we even have a grill for your summer barbecue!

The nearest train stations are Clapham Junction, Clapham Common and Wandsworth Road. Buses 77, 87, 156 and 345 stop right at our doorstep.
Is parking available?
On weekends the parking lot is available for at least 10 cars. During the week it is busier so please consult us for more details.
Is it family friendly?
Of course! La Unit can be made child-friendly as we regularly host children's classes here. Please let us know if you have a children's event.
Can we rent sound equipment?
Sound equipment is available upon request. Please consult us about your needs.
Are there any additional fees?
There may be an additional cleaning fee for large parties, events with food, or children's parties. Please consult us as the fee is decided on a case by case basis.
Twelve years ago I left my home country, Costa Rica, to study a Masters Degree in Denmark. It was in Copenhagen that I discovered my passion for teaching my mother tongue. I founded Battersea Spanish to spread my love of the Spanish language here in London.
