Spanning the building’s level -1, the Kings Place Gallery’s open mezzanine is perfect for receptions, exhibition spaces or dinners and is the dedicated catering space for events in Hall One.

Accommodating 400 people standing or 120 for a formal dinner as well as a host of branding options, the gallery is a spacious, versatile option for you event.

In addition to the mezzanine balcony, the enclosed gallery is ideal for sit down dinners for up to 60 Guests and cocktail receptions for 100 people.

The gallery itself boasts a continuous programme of temporary and touring exhibitions by artists of national and international reputation, as well as less established but promising artists.

Breakout Spaces

**Hall One is a versatile event Space for hire that can accommodate a wide range of corporate events.**

Hall One is the ideal room for high impact presentations. Accommodating up to 400 delegates, this is Kings Place’s main auditorium. Tiered seating, excellent sight-lines, state of the art AV, sound and lighting technology are some of this room’s main highlights.

There is a technical booth at the back of the auditorium which is perfect for all technical management during the conference. Additional facilities include access to a spacious green room and individual changing room facilities which are usually used by the conference speakers to prepare before the conference starts so you'll have everything you need in one of the top options for venue hire London has to offer. 

Conveniently located on the same floor, there are 5 breakout rooms distributed around a striking foyer area. The foyer offers the perfect space for refreshments and networking opportunities.

Catering is provided on the Kings Place Gallery, a light, spacious area with a regularly changing art exhibition.  The area can be branded and clients are actively encouraged to make the Space their own.

Our beautiful waterside restaurant offers honest cooking British at its best. Open all day from 11am, Rotunda is the perfect spot to enjoy great food and drink right by the water.

Rotunda’s Private Dining Room seats up to 30 guests and the menus can be found here. If you are looking to end your conference with an informal reception, Rotunda’s stylish decor and great menu will certainly cause a positive impression amongst your guests.

Located right by Regent’s Canal and the Battlebridge Basin, Rotunda’s views are impressive from both inside and outside. Summer dining on Rotunda’s terrace is informal and fun. During the summer, every Thursday evening enjoy Rotunda’s hog roast, deliciously slow cooked right in front of you.

These three rooms are perfect for small boardroom meetings and breakout sessions. All three are located on floor -2. Limehouse and Wenlock are suitable for boardroom meetings for 20 people as well as theatre style presentations for 30.

The Horsfall Room is the smallest breakout room and is usually used as an office for large conference organisers.

Catering and audiovisual equipment are available on a bespoke basis.

**The Battlebridge Room at Kings Place is perfect for London venue hire in Kings Cross for a wide range of corporate events including conference venue hire.**

With plenty of natural daylight, picturesque canal views and its own covered terrace, the Battlebridge Room is one of the most unique options for meeting room hire London has to offer. The capacity for a theatre style conference is 100 people. A movable wall splits the Battlebridge Room into two, creating a room for presentations and another for refreshments and registration. The curtains can be closed to black out the light in the conference room during visual presentations.

This room’s technical equipment includes a built in presentation screen & projector, a PA system and internet access. Video recording and more complex technical productions can also be catered for. The Battlebridge Room makes the ideal Space for lunches and breaks during a conference. The large windows and covered waterside terrace create a bright and airy environment for delegates to re-energise during conference breaks. Ideal for events of up to 200 delegates, Hall Two is both smart and flexible. This room’s wooden floor and wall panels create a warm and elegant decor.

As well as Hall One, Hall Two has a sound proofed glass technical booth built in. Our technical department, or the chosen production team, can make use of this excellent facility so you'll have everything you need to host your corporate conference. 

Catering and registration for Hall Two takes place in the Music Foyer; this Space comes included if taking the DDR  package or is £1,500 + VAT for a day hire.  

Hall Two

**The Gallery Room is the newest space at Kings Place. This versatile London venue hire has the capacity to seat 40 guests for a private dinner and up to 60 theatre style for presentations, within a sleek, modern surrounding.**

The Gallery Room is situated on the mezzanine level of Kings Place and boasts a lavish marble flooring, 75” plasma screen and hi-spec IT capabilities, inbuilt cloakroom as well as dramatic, modern lighting features allowing for colour washes, perfect for corporate branding. Gallery Room

**For your next large-scale company event, hire the Music Foyer in the heart of King's Cross.**

This Space's location makes it a prime target for companies and clients all over the UK and Europe. At just a short distance from King's Cross and St. Pancras International railway stations. 

This Space has a rich background and interesting twist provided by its impressive events. Kings Place Events is home to incredible music acts from around the globe.

Facilitating events such as award ceremonies and client dinners, as well as private film shoots. This Space is diverse and versatile, creating a great location for your next large-scale event.

This light, bright Space is available for registration and catering. It is ideal for those using Hall Two for a maximum of 200 delegates.

Music Foyer

**Need a conference venue hire in London? Look no further than the St Pancras Room at King Place.** 

The St Pancras Room is an excellent breakout Space which compliments any large conference venue hire which needs breakout Spaces on the same level as the main conference room. Catering can be served inside the room or in the foyer right outside.

This is our largest breakout room; it accommodates up to 100 people in theatre style and has been used in the past as a live music venue or simply as a breakfast room in conjunction with our Halls. Built-in technology and flexible Space are two advantages of using the St Pancras Room. Fantastic Space for breakfast meetings, workshops and presentations of up to 100 delegates.
