These fun, quirky modern meeting rooms for hire are perfect for any small event; and are ideal for your next presentation, conference, seminar, IT training, staff training day, and more.
With 9 rooms available, able to accommodate anything from 1 to 60 Guests, the room hire options are incredibly flexible and rooms can be provided with or without computers.
All rooms come with a large display screen that your laptop can be connected to, a whiteboard, a flip chart, and all basic stationery required to use them (pens, highlighters, markers etc.). Additional stationery can be included - please ask for details.
This conference room is 3 of our rooms opened up to form a larger space that can accommodate up to 50 people in a conference or presentation style setting, or 60 guests (standing or seated without tables). Both screens can be utilised to show your presentation on both sides of the room.
All rooms come with a projector, whiteboard, flip chart, and all basic stationery required to use them (pens, highlighters, markers etc.)
Catering is provided in our onsite café area (pictured), and comprises of a delicious and nutritious individually portioned food bowl from local catering company Karma Cans. 3 dishes are available to choose from each week - a meat dish, a pescatarian dish and a vegetarian or vegan dish as well. All meat is halal and orders can be tailored to meet specific dietary requirements.
We also provide teas, coffees, fruit juices, and biscuits throughout the day, as well as ice cream!
You also have use of the train carriage breakout spaces included in your room hire (pictured).
