Here East is a unique meetings and events space located in the heart of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The space is ideal for a wide range of event types, from cultural and arts events through to corporate conferences, product launches and exhibitions. Boasting a capacity of 1,000, the venue includes a 2,385m² blank canvas reception space, a 1,276m² theatre with high-end conferencing technology, and an outdoor terrace with magnificent views over Canary Wharf and the City.

In-house catering is provided by Smart Hospitality, who are on hand to provide the perfect menus to suit your brief. Hawthorn is our technical production partner, supplying a turnkey solution that includes venue lighting, extensive draping, a sound system for background music and power distribution. Hawthorn must also provide all rigging, trussing and suspension along with electrical distribution within the venue.
