Vallebona was established as a fine food purveyor in 1890 in Sardinia by Agostino Vallebona, and has been run by the Vallebona family ever since. The business was brought to the UK by Stefano Vallebona in 1997 and is now widely renowned in the restaurant community as a byword for quality and innovation. The business is run by Stefano and his wife Naoko, and their heritage and vision is reflected in their food, which stays true to its Italian roots while embracing Japanese influences, as well as their dining room, which is filled with bottles of Barolo and Limoncello but decorated with Kimonos and Sake.
From the moment you enter our foodie wonderland you will be greeted by a cocktail and allowed to roam the specialist cheese and wine rooms with your hosts. Depending on your preferences you will then sit down to our modern interpretation of feasting Roman style on long, food-laced tables. Expect Italian classics with Japanese twists and prepare to loosen your belt a few notches, as our feasts often end up being 8 courses or more!
