FAQs

Can we use the outside space?
If you hire the Serpentine Sackler Gallery and Magazine restaurant together, weather permitting you are welcome to use the outdoor seating within the gated perimeter of the spaces.

Is it possible to have earlier access for set up?
As the galleries are open to the public 10:00-18:00, earliest front of house access possible is from 18:00. With the exhibitions that are in place, there isn't usually the need to build too much set up around them. For any branding and build needs, the Magazine restaurant can be hired earlier in the day.

How does the catering work?
Serpentine Sackler Gallery have an exclusive caterer on site at the Magazine restaurant, Chucs, who run the space when it is operating as a public restaurant, as well as catering for private events. They can offer their speciality Italian menus of canapes, bowl food and three course meals, or create something bespoke to suit you.

Is there parking?
There is a car park opposite the venue that is free from 18:30
