**Welcome to the Restaurant at The Crystal, a sustainable cities initiative by Siemens. Perfect for private dining in East London.** 

The Crystal café is a great place to be in London. The award-winning café overlooks Royal Victoria Dock and serves delicious home-made salads from local suppliers, bistro-style sandwiches, cakes baked on-site and cooked food.

At the Crystal café our focus is on outstanding quality and the principles of responsibility, sustainability, health and well being. Wherever possible, we ensure our milk is organic, our eggs are free range and our key ingredients are seasonal. We work hard to reduce food miles with our suppliers, supporting UK farmers and producers.

Best practice is exercised for food sourcing and preparation, and all menus are delivered with skill and passion. And if there is a little left on your plate, it will be turned into compost in our community garden outside the Crystal.

The Street is an open plan space that comes fully equipped with two 70” LED screens and works perfectly as a catering breakout space for the Auditorium. This space can be utilised in many ways from classical reception/buffet style to fine dining or exhibition space. There are a number of 13A sockets are located throughout this space, plus 16A and 32A single phase are available, which can be discussed with the event team. A reception area can be set up towards the main entrance to The Crystal with a cloakroom also located just inside the entrance. Various on-site furniture such as catering boxes and poseur tables can be utilised to complement this area.

The Street

**The Business Lounge at The Crystal is perfect for informal corporate get-togethers or networking events in East London.**

Fully equipped with everything you need, this informal lounge to hire is a great option. The Business Lounge is offered complimentary with the hire of any Room 1, 2, 3 or 4 and it is first to come first served basis. 

Situated in a prime mezzanine location within the Crystal, this space has an island which is perfect for catering needs and goes in hand as a break out space for the Level 1 meeting rooms. 

There are soft furnishings located in this area including outdoor furniture that can be situated outside on the balcony.

**Hire the Education Suite at The Crystal, a modern Space that is perfect for your next corporate event.**

Welcome to the Crystal, a sustainable cities initiative by Siemens. The Crystal in London is home to the world's largest exhibition on the future of cities, as well as one of the world's most sustainable buildings and events venues.

The Education Suite at The Crystal is perfect for meetings and events, with wall mounted controls in this room that allow you to control the lighting, blinds and temperature. So you can keep all your Guests happy throughout the day. The room contains a projector that projects onto a 87.5” screen as well as a SMART board (87.5”) with a supporting PC, wireless mouse and keyboard. An AMX touch screen allows you to select the desired option, with a VGA/HDMI cable provided to connect content from your laptop onto the screen.

A number of 13A sockets are located in this space as well as a telephone. Wifi vouchers are available or a dedicated line can be discussed with the AV team. There is also one flipchart, water (half bottle per person) and notepads/pens provided with the room hire.

Education Suite

**Want exclusive dining at your next corporate event? Welcome to The Cafe at The Crystal just a stone's throw away from Canning Town.** 

The award-winning café is usually open to the public. It seats up to  72 guests on a normal day, serving delicious home-made salads sourced from local suppliers, as well as a bistro-style offering including sandwiches, cakes baked on-site and freshly prepared cooked food.

It can be exclusively hired for full day hire at £3,000 or for evening hire at £800. When it's not the usual catering space it works great as a  dance floor, lounge, meeting room or additional dining area. It's a large spacious glass-walled room situated right next to the entrance to the venue.
