1. Visit this historic pub in London Bridge: The George

London Bridge, London

It’s not every day you find a pub with its own Wikipedia page.

Listed as a Grade I pub in the heart of London Bridge, The George (also known as George Inn) is known for many things. Being the only remaining galleried coaching inn in London, the meeting spot for poets and writers in the 20th century, namely Dickens and Shakespeare, and providing some literary inspiration too (check Dickens’ Little Dorrit).

This London Bridge pub offers keg beer, cask beer, sparkling wine and a wide range of cocktails and spirits. Stop by for a pint, you’re in good hands.

London Bridge, London

Tucked away on a side street to the south of London Bridge Station, is Horseshoe Inn, a traditional pub serving up English grub and a fair share (okay, a lot) of ale.

Alongside their food and drink offerings, this pub is known for its terrace, bee hives and lush garden plants, which is also where the herbs and honey are collected for their in-house dishes and drinks.

4. Stop by one of London’s most versatile outdoor pubs: The Miller

London Bridge, London

It feels like an understatement to call The Miller a pub, but that’s what it is. With live DJs setting the mood during weekends, The Miller offers a great selection of ciders, craft ales, alcohol-free drinks, and seasonal sodas.

The Miller is undoubtedly up there when it comes to the most lively pubs in London, hosting yearly Cider Festivals, Halloween and New Year's Eve parties, and daily improv comedy club performances.

From live music, cabarets and comedy to film screenings and poetry, The Miller is an all-in-one spot for a good laugh and even better drinks.

5. A London Bridge pub to visit for a really good pint: Rose & Crown

London Bridge, London

A member of the PubLove family, The Rose & Crown is home to the lovingly-named ‘juicy bastard’ burger, fourteen-tap craft beer (including Beavertown and Signature Brew) and a gin wall featuring Portobello and Silent Pool.

Open all seven days a week from 12 pm to 10 pm, this London Bridge pub also has a beer garden. Slide into a bench, sip on a drink (Pink Spritz anyone?) and prepare to spend the next few hours in that very same spot. Bliss.
