**The beautiful Courtyard Garden at 170 Queen’s Gate is a rare find in central London. The idyllic space, designed by English landscape architect Dame Sylvia Crowe, is a perfect outdoor venue in London for drinks receptions, and parties.** 

The garden is also available to use in conjunction with the Solar Room, which leads directly to the garden through the sweeping staircase and French doors.

With floor to ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard garden, The Solar Room at 170 Queen’s Gate is a stunning yet versatile space suitable for private dining and drinks receptions all year round. This south facing room has French doors which extend into the beautifully secluded courtyard garden.

The Drawing Room at 170 Queen’s Gate is a small and stylish London venue, perfect for conferences and meetings accommodating up to 50 guests. Large sash windows and neutral decor offer a light and airy space that can be booked in conjunction with the other rooms at 170 Queen’s Gate.

**Overlooking the Queen’s Lawn and Tower in the heart of South Kensington, the Queen’s Tower Rooms benefits from access to the outdoor terrace, perfect for spring and summer events. The contemporary space can accommodate up to 500 guests, but can also be divided into three separate rooms, offering total flexibility.**

Perfect for larger exhibitions, dinners and receptions, the Queen’s Tower Rooms can also be used as a breakout area for events held in the Great Hall.

Sherfield Building - Celesta Venues

**Imperial Venues offer flexible venue hire in Central London. With over 100 venues on our university campus ranging from meeting rooms and banqueting halls to an elegant Grade II listed Victorian townhouse, we are able to host events for up to 758 guests.**

The H-bar rooms are a modern and stylish suite of two air-conditioned meeting rooms tucked away in the basement of the Sherfield Building, perfect for meetings or can be used as a breakout space for conferences.

**The Seminar and Learning Centre offers 10 modern meeting rooms in South Kensington for between 10 and 60 delegates. With a variety of room sizes and layouts, its own staffed reception and mezzanine breakout area, the Seminar and Learning Centre is suitable for meetings, small conferences and seminars.**

What’s more, the rooms can be hired as either a standalone venue or in conjunction with our larger classrooms and lecture theatres.


Seminar and Learning Centre

**The Senior Common Room is a large and adaptable venue in South Kensington suitable for drinks receptions and seated dinners of up to 400 guests. Overlooking the Queen’s Lawn, the Senior Common Room can be separated into two areas if required and is available to hire as a breakout area in conjunction with our classrooms and lecture theatres, ideal for conferences.**

Lecture theatres can accommodate up to 320 delegates, whilst classrooms cater for 10 to 100 people with a variety of different room layouts available. All spaces are equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment and catering provided by our in-house team if required.

These spaces provide an economic option for seminars, conferences and many other events.


Senior Common Room

**Imperial College London’s single largest venue, The Great Hall is a flexible, multi-purpose space. Retractable seating provides a variety of flat floor and tiered seating options for conferences with each seat enjoying an uninterrupted line of vision. Combined with the Queen’s Tower Rooms, the Great Hall is ideal for large conferences, corporate meetings or AGMs and exhibitions.**

The neutral décor gives you the opportunity to dress the space however you want making it ideal for larger productions such as dances or fashion shows.
