Brisbane City Hall’s Balmoral Suites include the following rooms: Balmoral, Oak Table, Windsor Room and Belmont Room, which can be hired individually or collectively. Originally the Lord Mayoral reception rooms, these venue spaces were renamed the Balmoral Suites in 1982. Featuring ornate plasterwork, the rooms provide an elegant and historic backdrop for functions.
The Windsor Room is defined by its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking King George Square. Situated on the first level, it has the same charm as the Lord Mayoral office, sharing the same architectural features.
The room is ideally suited to wedding ceremonies, seated events and cocktail parties, as well as business meetings, seminars, training sessions and workshops. The Windsor Room can accommodate up to 100 guests and sits within the Balmoral Suites along with the Balmoral and Oak Table Rooms. The room can be hired individually or with the other suite rooms.
