I set up Lantana with my brother in law in 2008 when both of us left careers in law and policy. As two Australian expats living in London, we missed the unique Australian cafe experience so decided to create it ourselves with Lantana - fantastic fresh, interesting food, amazing coffee and warm friendly customer service. Lantana has grown to 3 restaurants, (Fitzrovia, Shoreditch and Camden) and in 2014 we published our first cookbook, Cafe Kitchen.
