bibo is a collaboration between former Guillaume at Bennelong Head Chef Jose Silva, former Guillaume Paddington Restaurant Manager Jonathan Mallet and Louella Mathew Sommelier from Rockpool. After years together in fine dining, they designed an elegant yet relaxed restaurant/wine bar, offering high-quality Mediterranean food (with some Portuguese & French influence). bibo is located in the heart of Double Bay, next to Edgecliff train station or 5 min walk from the Double Bay wharf to catch a ferry. bibo has 2 private dining rooms, a Courtyard covered with vines and an upstairs Private room with a beautiful balcony, a bar and a private bathroom.
