Public Works Professionals is Eagle Farm’s hub for premium room hire. Residing inside the IPWEAQ, Public Works Professionals has seven meeting rooms available for hire.
The Abbis Boardroom is their premier Boardroom that is named after IPWEAQ's first President, Captain TJ (Jim) Abbis.
AV is integrated into the boardroom table including power and USB outlets. An 86" smart TV offers connectivity for delegates attending online including an inbuilt camera. All windows have blockout blinds. A wall-mounted whiteboard is included in the room hire as well as tea, coffee, and mints. Complimentary pens and notepads can be provided upon request. The Abbis Boardroom can hold up to 14 people with plenty of space to collaborate.
Booking this space grants guests full access to the facilities, including free onsite parking and a large kitchen with ovens. The office is wheelchair friendly. Catering can be organised at an extra cost, but you are welcome to organise your own food.
