The David Wills Auditorium has a fixed stage, lectern, basic data projector and data screen. The fantastic space is large and has great lighting. David Wills Auditorium has a small shared kitchenette however any catering will be sourced from the Conference Centre that's based in the Preston campus.

The Gerald Maynard Room is Melbourne Polytechnic Conference Centre's largest conference and event space. The Gerald Maynard Room can accommodate from 40 guests seated to 200 guests standing. This amazing space has a fixed stage, lectern with microphone, laser projector and built-in audio. Gerald Maynard Room also has its own bar area perfect for networking drinks at the end of the day.

The size of the Gerald Maynard Room allows for great flexibility and is ideal for large groups. It is often used as the main plenary space and paired with some of the smaller rooms for breakout sessions.

The Auditorium is located on the ground floor of the venue and has great accessibility. The Auditorium has a laser projector, data screen, audio and integrated camera and microphones perfect for Zoom video conferencing. The Auditorium can accommodate from 30 guests seated to 100 guests standing.

This space is great for workshops, meetings, conferences or as a break out space when paired with another room in the venue.

The Ellen Smiddy Room is mainly utilized as a catering space as it has direct access to the kitchen but can be used for trade shows, training, conferences or social events.

The Ellen Smiddy Room is located on the ground floor with direct bathroom access and has a dedicated bar area. The Ellen Smiddy Room can accommodate from 80 guests seated to 200 guests standing.

During the warmer months, there are large bi-fold doors that can be opened to access the outdoor courtyard that also offers great natural light all year around.

Syndicate Rooms 1 & 2 are great spaces for training, meetings and workshops. These rooms can be transformed to accommodate various layouts and features a built-in data projector, screen, audio and whiteboards. The Syndicate Rooms 1 & 2 can accommodate from 60 guests standing to 80 guests seated.

Syndicate Rooms 1 & 2 also work well as a breakout room, conveniently located next to the Gerald Maynard Room. This versatile space can be separated by partitions to create 2 smaller rooms.
