With a mutual love for local Australian botanical gin and a collective yearning to do something more than just drink it, the concept of White Oat was born. The Cellar Door is an industrial-style bar built within an existing Distillery. Think copper meeting polished concrete, with pink and black. They produce world-class cocktails from the still onsite.
