Located on the Mezzanine level of the hotel, the 1867 Lounge is a sophisticated, intimate space that is ideal for smaller gatherings and events of up to 100 guests. The Lounge has a private bar and access to plasma television screens, speakers and WIFI.

The lounge is decorated with custom-made furniture, a fire place and a large bookcase that is filled with relics of the racing industry in Australia. The space is perfect for night time event or to be used as a meeting space prior to or post an event.

Within the Riverside Stables Precinct, the Garden Pavilion is a perfect space for smaller sized meetings and events of up to 120 guests. The pavilion is equipped with a catering area and includes access to the surrounding garden and Rose Pavilion to be used as breakout areas.

The Garden Pavilion

Located in the south-west of Sydney, The William Inglis Hotel offers facilities that combine a modern event precinct with the elegance of being an MGallery hotel.

The Sales Arena is a versatile space with variety of seating options that can cater to theatre, classroom and banquet options. It can accommodate up to 1000 guests in a cocktail-style setting. There is also access to The Gallery which features nine VIP suites that can be used as breakout areas or as an additional private meeting room should it be required.

It features the latest AV equipment with in built rigging and lighting, access to three plasma screens and high-speed internet. The Sales Arena has an inbuilt sage and podium and is fully airconditioned, the ideal space for AGMs, seminars and conferences.

The Sales Arena

Throughout the Riverside Stables complex there are 10 Pavilions, situated in-between the stable. The pavilions feature Asphalt and Astro turf surfaces that can be used as an accompanying outdoor area for activities. 

Each pavilion can be halved with a retractable wall, and the two halves are direct mirrors of each other. Within each pavilion there are two plasma TV screens and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Pavilions

Located in the south-west of Sydney, The William Inglis Hotel offers facilities that combine a modern event precinct with the elegance of being an MGallery hotel.

Nestled alongside the Riverside Stable Garden, The Big Barn is the perfect venue for larger groups of up to 300 guests. A rustic design with modern facilities and modeled from the original Newmarket Barn designed over 150 years ago, The Big Barn has a warm feel with rural ambience that you and your guests will become immersed in. With additional access to surrounding gardens, this venue allows complete versatility for your event. 

The Big Barn is fully air-conditioned with access to the latest AV equipment, including television screens, speakers and Wi-fi access. It also has its own toilets and is wheelchair accessible.

Big Barn 

Located in the south-west of Sydney, The William Inglis Hotel offers facilities that combine a modern event precinct with the elegance of being an MGallery hotel.

Connecting to The Sales Arena, The Two Figs is an outdoor area that is ideal for post-conference and cocktail style events. It can accommodate up to 300 guests. The space is an undercover area at the heart of the complex with views of surrounding barns, garden areas and down the central spine of the complex, The Avenue. 

The space has access to audio equipment, including speakers and can be utilised as a meeting area prior to or post hosting an event in the Sales Arena or other venues around the complex. The Two Figs area is surrounded by lawns on the other side that can also be utilised as additional outdoor space.
