The Mary Rice Function Room, situated on the first floor of the Treacy Centre in Parkville, is a moderately sized space ideal for board meetings or seminars. It can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people in a theatre-style setup or up to 30 people at round tables.

Ideal for hosting large conferences or private seminars, this versatile room can accommodate up to 200 guests. It features ample natural light, streaming in through its private north-facing courtyard, ensuring a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Equipped with split system air-conditioning, the space remains comfortable year-round.

The room is well-appointed with AV facilities, including a data projector with both HDMI and VGA connections, a screen, and a fully integrated sound system with handheld and lapel microphones. The Treacy Centre's attentive staff are on hand to assist with connecting to the NBN wireless internet and to help with room setup for both organizers and attendees.
