Located in a historic warehouse on Little Bourke Street in Melbourne’s Chinatown, Longrain Melbourne is a vibrant and stylish venue that blends contemporary design with rich, industrial character. Featuring soaring ceilings, timber beams, and ambient lighting, the space is known for its modern Thai dining experience and dynamic layout. With a spacious main dining hall, mezzanine-level bar, and private event spaces like The Stalls, Longrain offers a warm, atmospheric setting perfect for both intimate gatherings and large celebrations. The Stalls is a charming private event space located directly beneath the lanterns of Longsong in Melbourne. Accommodating up to 72 guests for a seated event or 100 for a canape-style function, it is well-suited for arrival drinks, cocktail receptions, and sit-down dinners for groups of 20 to 72. While The Stalls is available for exclusive use, the remainder of the venue remains open to other events, and the public bar operates concurrently, complete with in-house music and DJs from Thursday to Saturday evenings. Speeches can be arranged with the overhead speakers turned down or off, although background music from the bar will still be audible. Please note that access to Longsong is via stairs only.
