Moonhouse

Set above the restaurant with its own private entrance, Moonhouse Upstairs is a self-contained dining and events space built for celebrations of every kind. The room brings together a cocktail lounge, full bar and private restrooms, all wrapped in the Art Deco character of the building - right on Carlisle Street, opposite Balaclava Station and the 3 and 16 trams. The food takes its lead from Cantonese cooking with a modern twist, served as sharing-style set menus for dinner or as an unlimited Yum Cha on Saturday and Sunday lunches. Canapé-style events run any day of the week. All menus can be adapted for dietary requirements and allergies. For guests who want to make a night of it, the space comes with complimentary karaoke, TV screens with microphones, dimmable lighting, and the option to plug in and play your own music.
