A delicious menu spanning hand-tossed pizzas to house-made pasta and tiramisu is designed to cater to all tastes. Pair your chosen dish with a Californian-inspired cocktail or a wine from Soluna’s international selection. The Dining Room is primed for large dining events, accommodating up to 300 guests in a bright and effortlessly stylish setting.

‍Casa Esquina

Balmain

Capacity: 100 in The Courtyard  

A Mendoza-inspired haven awaits in Balmain. Loosely translated to ‘house on the corner’, Casa Esquina is set within a historic Victorian mansion, where bold design blends perfectly with lush surroundings. With Argentinian spirit at its heart, an open flame parilla brings fire and flavour to a menu that ranges from empanadas and pork chicharron to a selection of premium steaks. Soak up the natural stone and bright greens of The Courtyard, or invite up to 60 guests to the Level 1 Dining Room, complete with an attached balcony.

‍Taxi Kitchen at Transport Hotel 

Melbourne

Capacity: 400 Exclusive Hire 

If you’re looking for a restaurant right in the heart of the city, Taxi Kitchen ticks all the boxes. Situated on Level 1 of Transport Hotel in Federation Square, you’ll be greeted by a beautifully sun-soaked space thanks to sleek floor-to-ceiling windows. Bold Australian and Asian flavours intertwine in a menu best shared, alongside a thoughtfully curated wine list. With panoramic views over the city, Taxi Kitchen sets a backdrop that packs a punch. The entire restaurant can be hired exclusively for up to 400 guests or, if you’re looking for something more private, the River Room can accommodate up to 70 guests.

Docklands

Capacity: 200 Exclusive Hire

Stylish and bold, Friends of Fire blends flame and spice to create a rich Asian dining experience. Located within Stadium Square at Marvel Stadium in Docklands, expect a fusion of fire-grilled meats, small plates and fragrant curries brought together with the smoky flavours of open-fire cooking. The restaurant feels equally as bold, with unique tiling, orange accents and cement detailing. For private dining, consider The Wine Room (complete with an impressive selection of local and international flavours). If you’re hosting a larger celebration, the entire restaurant can accommodate up to 200 guests.

You’ll find this charming hidden gem in Fortitude Valley. A family-owned restaurant, Rosmarino and Etna brings the rustic elegance of Tuscany to the Valley, blending Italian heritage with a modern twist. The space is warm and inviting; exposed brick meets rich green hues and hanging vines, with the Courtyard lit by festoon lights. Working with local suppliers, Rosmarino crafts their pasta, sauces and stock in-house for a truly authentic experience. The wine list spans a range of international flavours, with a delightful selection of spritzes and apertifs to perfectly pair. Dine alfresco in the Courtyard, or hire the entire restaurant exclusively for up to 50 guests.

Fortitude Valley

Capacity: 300 Exclusive Hire 

Set on James Street, Gerard’s takes you on a journey of Middle Eastern flavours. The restaurant feels earthy and effortlessly chic, with rammed earth walls and Moroccan tiles adding a unique touch. Designed to be shared, the menu champions the rich flavours of Levant cuisine, spanning Wagyu kibbeh nayyeh to lamb shoulder and quail. Discover a comprehensive drinks list with something for every taste, highlighting both European and Mediterranean wines. If you’re after a private dining experience, the stylish Private Dining Room can accommodate up to 45 guests, with exclusive hire of the entire restaurant available for 300 guests.
