Atlantisite is our most flexible event space — a true blank canvas that can be transformed to suit your vision. Located within the arena, this space can be fully draped to create an intimate atmosphere for gala dinners and special occasions, or left in its raw form for large-scale events, product launches, and exhibitions.

The space offers full concert staging with end-stage curtains, a soaring 20-metre ceiling height, and a 30-tonne roof capacity for rigging and production. With direct vehicle access for semi-trailers up to 4.2 metres high, trucks can unload right at the back of the stage — making large builds and event logistics seamless.

With ample on-site parking, versatile layouts, and the ability to scale the room to your needs, Atlantisite offers event organisers both practicality and creative freedom.

Catering is led by our in-house Executive Chef, Oliver Mellers, whose career has taken him from his family’s Hobart restaurants to Michelin-starred kitchens in London, including Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck. With expertise across French cuisine, butchery, seafood, and pastry, Oli crafts refined, memorable menus tailored to each event — delivering world-class dining right here at MyState Bank Arena.

Our Main Conference Room is quite large (116 square metres) with floor to ceiling windows on two of the walls.  

Through these windows we have wonderful views through native trees and down over the water of Prince of Wales Bay.

These views, and our outside deck, offer a great break out space within your training day.

This room also has it’s own private entrance door onto our deck 

(deck space is shared with our Cafe).

The water views also include In Cat, where you will sometimes see a new boat being built, and also the interesting historic Zinc Works.  We also overlook the QANTAS Call Centre.

Room hire includes modern IT equipment.

Seating Capacity

U shape – max 37 + trainers.

Boardroom Grouped – max 60 + trainers.

Theatre Style – max 70 (including trainers)

Cost

The cost per day to hire our Main room is $360.00 (+ gst) per day, which is inclusive of  our 2 metre wide  Microsoft Surface Hub, large enough to capture the whole room - used as a Data Projector, for TEAMS Meetings, and as an electronic whiteboard.

Wifi, Data Projector Screen, Whiteboard with Markers/Duster/Cleaning Spray, Lectern,

Entrance Table, Catering Tables, all Table & Chair Requirements, Facilitator/Trainer Table,

Private Entrance to Outside Deck Area (deck space shared with Mouth Waters Café)

Paper, Pens, Mentos, Filtered Water for each Participant and Facilitator.

Catering

All catering is prepared and served on site in our catering kitchen by our team lead by Head Chef Alex Waters.

Any dietary requirements are easily met.

All catering is served in the Conference Room for you.

Parking

Parking here is ample and free.

Two accessible car parks are located at our front door with ease of access for wheelchairs throughout our building, all flat.

Toilets are located in the hallway outside our Main Conference Room, with accessible toilets right outside the Conference Room door.
