Retaining many of its original grand 19th-century features, Establishment's impressive reincarnation is home to the iconic Establishment Bar, the prohibition-style bar Palmer & Co., hemmesphere, an opulent cocktail lounge, the intimate Tank Stream Bar and world-class restaurants. Establishment also boasts a stunning boutique hotel for when you just never want to leave.

The Establishment Garden, part of the Establishment Bar, is a welcome reprieve from the hustle outside. Set yourself up for the day with breakfast, arrange a casual work meeting, stop by for lunch or dinner, or grab a drink after work; the space is yours to make what you wish. This space can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Choose from Establishment Garden's extensive breakfast menu, or, later on, there’s everything from pad thai to fish and chips and bar snacks. Establishment Garden's little oasis in the city is also where you’ll find their seasonal cocktails.
