The Break-out Conference Room is one of the spaces located beside their Poinciana House Conference Room and is a perfect space for smaller groups. Alternatively, it can be used in conjunction with their larger Conference room as a break-out area. In the break-out space streams of natural light comes in and the doors/windows can be opened for fresh air. This space has a maximum capacity of 8 for a boardroom style setting and 20 for a cocktail style. Room hire fees can include the use of an LCD projector, whiteboard, notepads and pen, flip charts, power boards and Wi-Fi.
