For private events, the venue accommodates exclusive bookings for up to 300 guests in a cocktail setting, while reserved sections are available for a minimum of 20 guests, with smaller group bookings arranged upon request.

The room features large heritage stained glass windows that provide an ambient glow and offer picturesque views over Macquarie Place Park .
