Our Southern Alcove area is a space that offers a combination of banquette seating and standard long tables that occupy about half the restaurant. This space also includes optional access to the adjoining outdoor area for more space. Filled with natural light and naturally separated from the other sections of our venue, this space is perfect for large events that need a bit of seclusion. Please see our Food and Beverage offering here. Minimum Spend & Service Charge We require bookings in semi-private areas to proceed on a minimum spend. Minimum spend consists of all food and beverages consumed during the course of the event. If the minimum spend is not reached we will charge the remaining balance as Room Hire. All functions have a standard gratuity applied to the final bill that goes back to the staff that look after you. Please contact us for a quote. AV, Entertainment & DJ Hire We cannot facilitate Audio presentations or Entertainment with this space as it is non-exclusive and open to the other side of the dining room. We can allow a visual component for presentations, this can be hired in and set up by clients. You may bring decorations for events in this space, we ask that you refrain from bringing any confetti. Please make sure if bringing balloons these are weighted and secured well. We also allow cakes to be brought into the venue on request. Access & Set Up The area will have some tables spread throughout the space to allow guests to be able to set down their drinks and meals if needed. We recommend a site inspection if there are specific set-up requirements that may need some furniture removal such as a photobooth or registration table. Our venue is easily accessible by wheelchair. We are located on the southernmost end of the ICC Building in Darling Harbour, across from the Chinese Garden of Friendship. Parking is available in the ICC, Car Park 2, near to the theatre, this is the nearest paid carpark.
