The conference centre can accommodate conferences, meetings or events for up to 200 people. The centre has seven meeting and syndicate rooms of varying seating capacity to suit your needs. Melbourne Polytechnic offer a reception area with a large LCD screen, spacious foyers on both floors (these work well as registration and waiting areas) and on-site parking.
The Gerald Maynard Room is Melbourne Polytechnic Conference Centre's largest conference and event space. The Gerald Maynard Room can accommodate from 40 guests seated to 200 guests standing. This amazing space has a fixed stage, lectern with microphone, laser projector and built-in audio. Gerald Maynard Room also has its own bar area perfect for networking drinks at the end of the day.
The size of the Gerald Maynard Room allows for great flexibility and is ideal for large groups. It is often used as the main plenary space and paired with some of the smaller rooms for breakout sessions.
