Bather's Beach House , Upstairs Function Room Weddings

Old Courthouse Fremantle is a heritage-listed building that is the ideal place to add some wow to your event, whilst maintaining that welcoming and laid back feeling that people love about Fremantle. This venue has six diverse function spaces available to cater for most event types and event sizes.

The Civil Court is located inside the Old Courthouse. The venue is packed with heritage features, including high ceilings, a working fireplace and the original Magistrates Benches. These benches have a raised section making them perfect for presentations, speeches, a DJ booth or a band. 

The Civil Court can easily hold up to 150 guests for a cocktail style function and seat up to 120 guests for a seated dining experience.

Another Magistrates Bench has been repurposed into a private adjoining bar.

With exclusive bookings, the original Jury Room, which has a small room off the Civil Court, can be used as a break out space. 

Glass folding doors with a curtain allow the Civil Court to be used privately, or you can open the doors up to connect with the other courtroom and double the capacity.
