Venue hire includes furniture, white linen table cloths and napkins, crockery, cutlery, glassware and required staffing. Background music such as a small acoustic band or iPhone music is permitted.

The Botanical Room at its fullest capacity is capable of accommodating up to 200 guests, or is partitionable into smaller spaces including different combinations along with intimate spaces such as the Terrace Suite and the Parkview Deck for smaller events.

Partitionable and soundproof walls with large windows prove plenty of natural light to complement the ambience of your function.

Accessible from the ground floor of The Terrace Hotel, the 60m2 Wattle function room is ideal for small boardroom meetings, seminars, and training sessions, as well as intimate breakfast and dinner functions. 

The Wattle Function Room can accommodate from 20 guests seated to 55 guests standing.

Want more event space? Wattle can be expanded into a larger venue and paired with Banksia or Acacia, or it can be transformed into the full Botanical room.

The Hindley Rooms are situated on the Mezzanine level of the hotel, easily accessible via the elevators or staircase from the Lobby, and have recently undergone refurbishments.

The 5.5m high ceilings and clean features give the room a fresh and crisp feel. New carpets and fresh paint make the conferencing floor bright and welcoming.

The restaurant Bistro Sixty 5 and toilet facilities are situated on the same level.

For all Audio Visual requirements, they work with their in-house technical event partner, Encore Event Technologies. Additional costs apply.
