Darling Glebe is a contemporary brasserie at 134A Glebe Point Road, Glebe, created by chef-restaurateur Jeff Schroeter and set within a historic sandstone setting. The venue blends French-inspired cuisine with Sydney character, featuring heritage architecture, velvet-lined interiors, a martini-focused lounge and an extensive wine collection. Its five distinctive event spaces offer a range of private dining and function experiences, from intimate chef-led dinners to larger celebrations and corporate events. The Adey Private Wine Cellar is a subterranean event space carved from sandstone, featuring vaulted ceilings, velvet-wrapped pillars, its own private bar and atmospheric low lighting. Behind an iron gate sits the venue's wine cave, which is being built towards a collection of 2,800 bottles, adding a distinctive backdrop for wine-focused events and private dining. The cellar accommodates 12 to 60 guests seated or up to 80 standing, with round tables seating six to ten guests each. Measuring approximately 8 metres wide by 10.8 metres deep, the room has a low vaulted ceiling reaching 2.5 metres and offers a completely private, no-natural-light environment designed around atmosphere and intimacy. The Adey Private Wine Cellar is perfect for: Cocktail Party venue Sydney | Birthday venue Sydney | Wedding venue Sydney | Team activity venue Sydney | Engagement party venue Sydney | Meeting room Sydney | Private Dining Room Sydney | Corporate venue Sydney
