The new market brings together seafood retail, dining, education and events under its distinctive wave-shaped roof, with the Sydney Seafood School providing a dedicated setting for cooking experiences, private events and corporate gatherings. The school is located on the Mezzanine Level of the new Sydney Fish Market, overlooking the waterfront. The Sydney Seafood School Auditorium is a purpose-built, tiered auditorium seating 66 guests in comfort and serves as a key part of the Sydney Seafood School experience. The space features inbuilt audiovisual capabilities, making it well suited to presentations, demonstrations, corporate off-sites, product launches and activations. Its culinary setup includes state-of-the-art NEFF induction cooktops and intelligent steam ovens, allowing live cooking demonstrations to be incorporated into events. The Auditorium can also be used in conjunction with Ngara, the school’s dedicated harbourfront event space, creating a seamless combination of presentation, culinary experience, dining and networking.
