Aperture is an all-day dining venue located within Capella Sydney, offering a unique blend of art, nature, and cuisine. this light-filled space features an indoor garden adorned with Australian flora, including two weeping fig trees and a seven-meter-high green wall showcasing nearly 70 local plant species. Suspended above is "Meadow," an iconic kinetic sculpture by Amsterdam-based art duo DRIFT, inspired by Australian wildflowers.
