We helped with a crucial Strategy Kick-Off, successfully aligning the global team with the company's 2025 mission and goals. Planned over three months and executed with an intensive build day, the event featured an innovative Eurovision-style multi-city broadcast, streaming live across London, Budapest, and Tallinn, with access extended to global offices like New York and Tokyo.

For the second consecutive year, CIPS trusted HeadBox to deliver their annual ANZ Procurement Futures 2025 Conference and Awards. Held over two days, the event comprised of a full-day conference and a gala dinner for 200 attendees, providing an opportunity for teams across the ANZ region to connect, learn and celebrate their achievements. HeadBox brought the conference and gala dinner to life at the iconic Howard Smith Wharves, with sessions filled with natural light and views over Brisbane’s Story Bridge and River. CIPS logo and brand colours informed unique lighting design and backdrops for the conference and gala dinner, alongside our Event Management team taking care of all the logistics pre and during the event, allowing the CIPS team to deliver another well-received Futures 2025 Conference and Awards.
The inaugural Summer Ball was delivered with the goal of surprising and delighted 300 guests after an all-day company conference. The vision for the event was an international festival, which required a two-day build of stretch tents, festival furniture, pop-up bars, decor and world-class live music.
Our Event Management team thought outside of the box with immersive energetic entertainment from The Rovers, Beats Deluxe and local musicians. Our co-ordination of the dry-hire venue, multiple suppliers (security, staffing, medical staffing) took care of the logistical planning and admin, on behalf of our clients. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, and the Summer Ball will return for 2026!
Set in the stunning backdrop of the Barossa Valley, HeadBox helped bring to life a two-day off-site for a consultancy firm. Conferencing was balanced with an array of activities designed to sample the beauty of the Valley, from yoga, hiking and golf to winery tours. A picturesque lunch for attendees to both unwind and connect was followed by a festoon-lit dinner, offering a chance to discover the Barossa’s renowned produce.

To mark 10 years of HeadBox, we took over London’s Iconic Sky Garden to celebrate our past, present and future with valued customers and partners.
The Australia team exhibited at their first procurement conference, FACTS.
There were absolute scenes at the Business Travel Awards Europe at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in October. The HeadBox for Business team scooped not one, but two awards.
