Conveniently located in south-west London, SkyTop is an exclusive penthouse recording studio with panoramic views. The facility is located in its own floor, with 3 studio spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, its own balcony, and kitted with state of the art equipment.
At the centre of the main room is a custom built desk designed to satisfy the workflow of being in-the-box, with the feel of an analogue mixing console. At its heart is an Avid S3 control surface and dock, integrated with Neve 8801 channel strips to create a makeshift Neve 88RS console.
In addition, SkyTop has a broad selection of drum kits, amps, additional preamps, EQs, compressors, and microphones.
SkyTop is as suitable for an artist/band recording a basic demo or acoustic single. It is for a large band to record a full-length professional album. With the luxury of two live rooms, and all 3 rooms connected to one another, the workflow is very efficient we have the ability to run large sessions making use of all our rooms, if needs be.
