When Contentsquare approached us in February 2025 with their vision for CX Circle EMEA, they weren't looking for just another industry conference. They needed to position themselves as the definitive leader in customer experience while delivering measurable value to nearly 1,600 attendees across hybrid formats.
The brief was as ambitious as the timeline was brutal: create a high-impact, immersive experience themed "Fast-forward your CX" at London's iconic Brewery venue. The catch? We had just 10 weeks to make it happen.

A Diamond in the Round
Our centerpiece was a diamond-shaped main stage surrounded by four additional uniquely designed stages, creating immersive audience connection from every angle. When keynote speaker Louis Theroux took the stage, the atmosphere was electric with laser lighting, haze effects, and synchronized Coldplay-style LED wristbands.
Actiion Stations
Our breakthrough innovation was introducing partner activation stations strategically positioned throughout the venue. Rather than hoping attendees would stumble upon sponsor booths, we designed interactive experiences—games, live demos, prize draws—that gave every sponsor a compelling reason for visits.
