The Arthur Davis room is on the lower level of the Mansion House and is an ideal syndicate room for a meeting or private room for dinner for up to 20 guests, with easy access to the Snooker room.

This Suite offers a flexible, self-contained Space with a private lawn, perfect for serving refreshments, drinks reception and lunches and the like.

**The Capability Brown Room at Luton Hoo is a private venue to hire, ideal for a range of different events.**

Located on the lower ground floor of the Mansion House, the Capability Brown offers a tranquil, private space and is available for live music / discos. The Capability Brown is situated near by the snooker room, where you may wish to take drinks after a meal. The room will hold a maximum of 30 guests on one long table or 50 guests on round tables and so allows enough space for dancing / entertainment.oo has the versatility to meet any requirement.

On the lower level of the Mansion House, an ideal syndicate room for a meeting to a private room for dinner for up to 20 guests, and easy access to the Snooker room.

**The Pushkin Room at Luton Hoo is a private meeting room ideal for presentations and workshops.**

The Pushkin Suite is located on the ground floor of the Mansion House, sharing views over the front lawn. On one table, the Pushkin Suite will hold up to 12 guests.

Located on the first floor, the Turnford Brook is a convenient office space or adaptable business area for event organisers or small meetings up to 10 delegates.

**With an ideal setting overlooking the pond and woodland, the Lea and Roding suite offers the largest of Warren Weir’s event Spaces.** 

The 342m sq columned room has an open fireplace, adjacent terrace and direct access from Warren Weir’s catering facilities and kitchen. 

The suite can cater for up to 290 banquet-style and 340 as a reception and is licensed for weddings.

**The Fabergé Suite at Luton Hoo is a private venue to hire, ideal for anything from product launches to private parties.**

Located on the lower ground floor of the Mansion House, The Faberge suite is named after the famous collection of Faberge once housed at Luton Hoo. Much of Peter Carl Faberge’s work was inspired by that of eighteenth-century Parisian goldsmiths, but he also specialised in hard stone figures and animals. This stunning room is ideal for private functions as it has its own private bar and near by courtyard. The Faberge Suite will hold up to 80 guests on round tables.

Fabergé Suite

**For an off-site meeting where you and your colleagues will have time and space to think or a venue for an all-important presentation that will impress your clients and Guests, it is hard to improve on the meeting facilities at Luton Hoo.**

Undoubtedly the most impressive room in the Mansion House, the Romanov Suite was once the Chapel of the house and boasts original stained glass windows and ornate ceilings. The room is certainly one of the most popular rooms at Luton Hoo and offers a maximum of 80 guests on its upper level leaving the lower level free for the post dinner entertainment. Alternatively using both levels for your dining can increase the capacity to 120 guests.

Romanov Suite

**For an off-site meeting where you and your colleagues will have time and space to think or a venue for an all important presentation that will impress your clients and guests, it is hard to improve on the meeting facilities at Luton Hoo.**

With access to the terrace and views over the formal gardens and over the front lawn, the Library is one of the most popular private dining rooms. The Library still holds its original books and original fireplace which can be used during the winter months. On one table, the Library room will hold 26 guests and on round tables 50 guests.

The Warren Lounge exudes an intimate, club-like atmosphere with leather chairs, open fires and a bar area. 

Perfect for a pre-dinner drinks reception for up to 130 guests, informal meeting area, press room or event reception, it allows for easy access to the interconnecting Lea Suite and rest of the function building.

**The Warren Weir Suite, complete with private garden and overlooking the River Lea, comprises five individually designed function rooms adaptable for conference or leisure use and licensed for weddings and civil ceremonies.** 

Importance is placed on meeting the flexibility, comfort and support required for every guest at Warren Weir, whether it’s for a major product launch, an annual conference with syndicate meetings or a memorable civil ceremony and reception. 

The Lea Suite on the ground floor offers the largest of Warren Weir’s conferencing Spaces. This columned room with open fireplace, adjacent terrace and direct access from Warren Weir’s catering facilities and kitchen can accommodate up to 280 for banqueting and 340 for a reception. 

The Ravensbourne Suite on the first floor can seat 330 guests, the Bayford Brook is ideal for syndicates or a more intimate pre-dinner meeting area and Cobbins Brook, which is connected to Bayford Brook by double doors, can seat 160 theatre-style.
