**The Newnham Suite is a beautiful wood panelled private dining room in the mansion house with wonderful views overlooking the gardens and vista.**  

It can seat up to 24 Guests on one oval table for dinner. Pre-dinner drinks will be served in one of our public lounges before moving into the Newnham Suite for dinner.

**The Rotherwick Suite at Tylney Hall is a versatile events Space available to hire in Rotherwick.**

This is a large meeting room in the mansion house which has been recently refurbished. It has lots of natural daylight, air conditioning and can seat up to 24 delegates in a boardroom set up.
It has a 65” Wall mounted TV and, Barco Click connect, a wireless presentation system: at the click of a button, guests can connect wirelessly and share their laptop screens with colleagues on the TV screen.

**The Tylney Suite is the largest meeting room in the mansion house, it is a beautiful baronial private room with vaulted ceilings, a stage and minstrel's gallery which has recently been refurbished.** 

The Tylney suite can accommodate a theatre-style presentation for up to 120.

**The Chestnut Suite is a private self-contained building located within the grounds which can accommodate up to 117 for dinner and 80 for a dinner dance.** 

Arrival drinks will be served in the Chestnut Bar area before moving into the dining room. The Chestnut Suite has an en-suite bar, private cloakrooms and an entertainment licence till 1am.

The Old Basing Suite is one of our smaller meeting rooms and can seat up to 10 delegates in a Boardroom set up – perfect for an intimate meeting.

A beautiful private dining room, which has been recently refurbished and is situated in the main mansion house overlooking the front courtyard area.  Pre-dinner drinks will be served in one of the public lounges before moving into the Sherborne Suite for dinner.
