**The facility has one of the largest selections of high and low ropes course elements and team activities in Europe.** In support of the team, leadership and management development programmes, GRA utilises a powerful experiential learning approach, using an outdoor-based series of activities which are educational, fun and give faster business results than other methods. The site includes: Climbing towers High ropes course Low ropes challenge course Woodland laser combat Archery Initiative tasks Zorbing Using the outdoors provides a highly challenging and stimulating environment within which to examine the fundamentals of working together as a team. In particular, it quickly allows the team to experience and learn about all the issues relating to risk-taking, creative problem solving, decision making, and resource utilisation as well as handling conflict, leadership and measuring success. In addition, to the comprehensive range of experiential learning activities, they also have two Woodland meeting rooms, one with a wood burner, both fully equipped with refreshment areas and conference/training capabilities. They also have full catering facilities to meet your every need.
