Reception Area The Reception Area is a shared multi-purpose space available for presentations, large meetings/AGM's, seminars, networking events, drinks receptions, conference/stalls, workshops, team building activities and dining. Its flexible layout and size makes it ideal for all sorts of events and it can be set up in multiple different layouts depending on your requirements. The space is also available to hire in the evenings and at weekends and it is equipped with a projector and sound system. There is a 25% discount on hires available for Charities and not-for-profit organisations. Technical Specifications Projector: Optoma ZH506 resolution is 1080p full HD – 16:9 presentation ratio. HDR and 4K compatible with a brightness of 5000lms. The projector is set up with an HDMI or VGA lead and we can provide the following adaptors: HDMI to VGA, HDMI to Apple mini display port, HDMI to USB-C. Speakers: 4 speaker sound system which you can connect to through a mini-jack lead.
