The space owes its name to the former Eindhoven cinema from 1917, which was located on the Vrijstraat in Eindhoven. The original logo has been renovated and now adorns the wall of the café in the 040 Congress & Events center in Eindhoven. Cinema Parisien is decorated in 50/60 style with references to Eindhoven.
