The Malala Room is the smallest room we offer at Mary Sumner House, seating a maximum of six people in a boardroom layout.

It is ideal for small interviews, or as a holding room, private meetings and a break-out room to any of the other rooms we offer.

The Sarojini Naidu Room is a modern room, perfect as a breakout room to the Mary Sumner Room, or used for smaller meetings and gatherings, accommodating a maximum of 25 people in a theatre-style layout or 14 people in a boardroom layout.

Situated on the second floor, the Wangari Maathai Room offers a professional, corporate environment in a light and airy space. The Wangari Maathai room can hold up to 20 people boardroom style or 30 people theatre style, other seating arrangements are available on request.

Situated on the second floor the Maya Angelou Room is ideally sized to seat 16 people boardroom or 25 people theatre layout. This popular room has a unique small area where refreshments may be served. Large windows let in plenty of natural light giving the room a spacious appeal.

Situated on the first floor the Mary Sumner Room has distinctive stained glass windows and chandeliers. With its calm and welcoming atmosphere filled with history since this unique building was constructed in 1925. It can accommodate 24 people boardroom style or 36 people theatre style.

Book the Conference Hall in the Mary Sumner House London. This is an ideal small conference venue in an accessible part of London. 

The venue is located in Westminster, one of London’s most iconic areas, full of historic landmarks. As well as being situated in such a well-known part of the city, it is also an accessible and convenient venue to reach by public transport. It is within reach of Westminster station and St James’s Park station, and a little further away is Victoria station, with rail transport links.

The Conference Hall is the largest meeting room in Mary Sumner House London. This elegant and spacious room seats 120 people theatre style, 60 people cabaret style, or 48 people boardroom style. It is versatile and adaptable for whatever your event and is the perfect size for using as a small conference venue or space for lectures and training seminars. The small stage at the front of the room gives the audience a clear view of speakers and can allow for both informal and formal meetings. Other seating arrangements are available on request. This space is often used in conjunction with the venue’s other rooms as breakout areas.

This is a practical and smart venue for a wide range of business events.

Situated on the second floor, the Queen Elizabeth II Room is a unique and impressive room offering a professional yet relaxing atmosphere, giving delegates the option of a sofa to the side, and windows bringing in light from two sides.

Situated on the second floor the Mary Slessor Room is ideal for smaller meetings or interviews or as additional space for larger groups. The Mary Slessor Room can seat 12 people boardroom or 15 people theatre layout.
