The Bedford Hotel

The Wendy House is a self-contained venue located in the Bedford Hotel's private secluded garden which is fully accessible. With chic interiors and furnishings inspired by the hotel’s beautiful garden, the purpose-built space was designed with the aim of bringing elements of the outdoors indoors. All the while, maximising the views out on to the garden with its ornamental water features. Ceiling to floor glass doors slide back opening the space out onto the landscaped terrace, providing the flexibility to extend your event into the open and entertain guests in our fabulous garden. This creates the perfect dual setting for special occasions such as a small intimate wedding reception, summer parties, barbeques, workshops or bespoke private dining for up to 35 people. Equally, the Wendy House can also be set up in a classic boardroom style for up to 24 delegates, for a conference style meeting, training sessions or the like. The room features a 65-inch TV screen, in built camera and speaker for virtual meetings, interactive whiteboard, and an abundance of natural light.
