Situated at the very heart of the main hall our ground floor area is surrounded by our seven independent kitchen operators and fully-stocked bar.

The space has seating enough for 200 guests and can comfortably hold up to 300 with a mix of standing & seated.

Featuring high ceilings, air conditioning, under-floor heating as well as panoramic views of Brighton seafront.  The main halls' front edge is made up of floor-to-ceiling, fully retractable sliding doors.

The Skylark Cocktail Bar is tucked away on our first floor, perfect for groups of 20-50. 
Hiring the space gives you access to a private cocktail bar, exclusive drinks menus and food from all seven of our kitchens. With bespoke layout, audio access and assistance from our team – nights at Skylark are always ones to remember.
30 seated or 50 standing. 

Minimum spends apply and vary according to day of the week and time of the year.  Please get in touch for detailed numbers.

Our full venue exclusive hire includes all indoor areas as well as our 150-seater, sun-soaked terrace and featuring purpose-built retractable parasols and heaters for those cooler evenings.

Our private dining room can seat 12 guests comfortably and has been used for various events including private dinners, cocktail masterclasses, wine tastings and as a corporate meeting space.

The space contains one of our Shelter Hall signature circular windows, a flat-screen TV for entertainment & meetings/conferencing.  Fully adjustable music, volume and room temperature as per the guests needs.

Located on our first floor, which can be accessed by either a flight of stairs or a guest lift.

Combining both our Ground Floor - Main Hall and Mezzanine provides capacity for over 400 guests.
