The Concorde Room has proven to be a popular choice for weddings, evening receptions and conferences at BAWA Leisure.

The Concorde Room has also undergone a full modern refurbishment.  The Concorde Room is a light and airy space and has the benefit of natural daylight from the large windows that look out onto the sports field.

With various room layouts available, the Concorde Room can host up to 150 guests for a wedding breakfast and for the evening reception the room can accommodate up to 200 guests.

For conferences the room can seat up to 200 theatre style.

There is an excellent stage area for conference speakers and a drop down projector screen, ceiling mounted projector and an integrated PA system all come as standard.

The stage is also perfect for a live band or disco, and there is a wooden dance floor and well stocked private bar facilities.

Situated on the first floor of the main pavilion building, Conference Room One is a popular choice with a flexible space for meetings and conferences, it be used with Rooms 2 and 3 as breakout rooms.

Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of natural daylight and there is direct access to the balcony area which has views over our sports field.  The balcony area provides a welcome space for delegate breaks, lunch or registration area.

There is a drop down projection screen and ceiling mounted projector, dry wipe boards and integrated sound system.

directly opposite conference room one, these two rooms are ideal for smaller meetings, seminars or interviews and also regulary used as breakout spaces for conferences held in conference room one.

Conference room two and three have large windows which allow natural daylight to flood in and make the room light and airy.  The rooms have black out curtains  if required when using the projector screens.

All rooms are fully air conditioned and free wi-fi is available for all delegates throughout the day.

Rooms two and three can be booked individually or as a package with conference room one [as breakout rooms].


Room One, Two and Three

The Pavilion Lounge has always been a popular room for a wedding celebration over the years and is the ideal choice for the more intimate event.

The lounge is flooded in natural daylight benefiting from floor to ceiling windows with direct access onto the balcony area providing wonderful views of our grounds.

The balcony area is perfect for guests to enjoy a welcome drink and canapé reception where they can mingle with family and friends before enjoying the wedding breakfast.

The lounge can host,  depending on seating arrangements for the day,  up to 80 friends and family for the wedding breakfast and up to 100 guests for the evening reception.

There is a private bar in the lounge with a seating area for guests to enjoy and also a small wooden dance floor.


The Pavilion Lounge

Fully refurbished in 2020, the Ballroom is our largest event space and regularly used for weddings, entertainment events, larger conferences and also exhibitions and trade fairs.

The Ballroom can host up to 250 guests for a wedding breakfast and/or 350 guests for an evening function.  For conferences up to 300 theatre style or 500 if you include the side alcove booth seating. 

Key note speakers can be seen by all delegates from the large stage area, or separate pull-out stage if required.  A large drop down projector screen and ceiling mounted projector are provided and  there is also a fully integrated PA system available in the room.

Large spaces to the side and back of the Ballroom is ideal for refreshments and lunch service and the additional alcove spaces can provide an area for breakout meetings or just some additional space for your delegates or guests to relax and enjoy refreshments.

For weddings and events there is a well stocked private bar in the room plus, with a large wooden dance floor, a stage for live entertainment and a DJ booth with fully integrated sound and lighting the scene is set for a wonderful evening reception or event.

The Ballroom is fully air conditioned and free wi-fi is available for throughout the day or event.
