Hakkasan Hanway Place, the original Hakkasan restaurant, opened in 2001 in a location just off London’s famous Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road.
Designed by Christian Liaigre, the restaurant embodies the Hakkasan design ethos now found in Hakkasan restaurants around the world. 

Exclusive Hire

Accommodating up to 65 guests seated, this opulent hand painted space allows for special occasions and corporate dinners to enjoy an element of exclusivity within lattice calved screens whilst still enjoying the full Hakkasan ambience. 

Ling Ling Lounge 

Yauatcha City offers traditional Cantonese dining and dim sum, in a contemporary space with excellent views over Broadgate Circle. All across one floor, the restaurant boasts two terraces, two bars and a main restaurant. The space accommodates up to 320 guests for a drinks and canapé party or 180 guests for a seated event.

We would be delighted to offer exclusive use of the venue with a minimum food and beverage spend from £20,000 including VAT but excluding service charge at 13.5%.

Please find attached our Event Brochure and Sample Signature Menus for your perusal along with the Wine List, should you wish to pre-order wine for your event. Following a traditional Chinese sharing concept our Signature Menus are created by our Head Chef and we would kindly ask you to confirm one selection for the group to share prior to your event with us. For a standing event we would require a pre order of canapes and beverage.

Partial Exclusive Hire, Yauatcha City offers traditional Cantonese dining and dim sum, in a contemporary space with excellent views over Broadgate Circle. All across one floor, this option offers exclusive use of the main restaurant area with access to one adjoining cocktail bar and terrace. The space accommodates up to 200 guests for a drinks and canapé party or 110 guests for a seated event.


We would be delighted to offer exclusive use of the venue with a minimum food and beverage spend from £18000 including VAT but excluding service charge at 13.5%.

Following a traditional Chinese sharing concept our Signature Menus are created by our Head Chef and we would kindly ask you to confirm one selection for the group to share prior to your event with us or a pre order of canapes and drinks for a standing reception. 

Partial Exclusive Hire 

Yauatcha City offers traditional Cantonese dining and dim sum in a contemporary space with excellent views over Broadgate Circle. 



We are delighted to offer a reserved space on the Terrace for a maximum of 30 guests for a standing drinks and canapes reception with a minimum food and beverage spend of £50 per person including VAT but excluding service charge at 13.5%.

We would kindly ask you to pre-order a selection of wine/drinks and canapes/bowl food. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you like help to create a bespoke package suitable for your event.



Terrace Semi Private Area 

Exclusive hire of one cocktail terrace accommodates up to 60 guests standing and 40 guests seated. We kindly ask a minimum food and beverage spend from £4,000 inc vat + service charge at 13.5%.

We are delighted to offer a reserved semi private space for a seated or standing event in the cocktail bar maximum of 30 guests for a standing drinks and canapes reception with a minimum food and beverage spend of £50 per person inc vat (standing) or signature menu (seated) including VAT but excluding service charge at 13.5%.

Bar Semi Private Area 

 Bar and Terrace  - Exclusive hire of one Cocktail Bar and winter terrace accommodates up to 120 guests standing and 80 guests seated. The space is available with a minimum food and beverage spend from £8000 inc vat + service charge at 13.5%.
