The renovated Sir Joseph Hotung Gallery of China and South Asia houses one of the finest collections of South East Asia and Chinese art and antiquties in Europe.

Hotung Gallery

Situated within the heart of this Grade 1 listed building, the Great Court provides the perfect blend of Ancient and Modern for any type of event.  Designed by Lord Foster in striking white stone the amazing Great Court and its iconic glass roof can accomodate any type of event in the most stylish of settings.  

Great Court

State of the Art theatre perfect for screenings, premieres and conferences.  Featuring 323 seats with a Sony DCP projector and screen, this Lord Foster designed space creates a unique backdrop for any event.

BP Theatre

A 248 metre square white space designed by Lord Foster that sits adjacent to the BP theatre and is an excellent canvas for branding, networking, drinks receptions, product launches and exhibitions.  Can be used alone, with the theatre and/or with the adjoining West Foyer to maximise potential.  Can hold alone up to 10 exhibition stands or in combination with the West Foyer, up to 22.

East Foyer

One of our most popular reception and dinner spaces, the Egyptian Sculpture Gallery contains some of our most well known (and Instagrammable!) objects, including the World-Famous Rosetta Stone. 

Egyptian Sculpture Gallery

A 248 metre square white space designed by Lord Foster that sits adjacent to the Stevenson theatre and is an excellent canvas for branding, networking, drinks receptions, product launches and exhibitions.  Can be used alone, with the theatre and/or with the adjoining East Foyer to maximise potential.  Can hold alone up to 10 exhibition stands or in combination with the East Foyer, up to 22. Has also served for cast & crew hold, hair & makeup area and rehearsal space.

West Foyer

Front Colonnade of the Museum and used in conjunction with one of our indoor dinner spaces, perfect for a summer drink outside before guests enter for a seated dinner or presentation.  A lovely treat as well for any VIP guests, or can be used for red carpet arrivals, step & repeat/logo boards and similar activities.

State-of-the-Art small screening and lecture theatre for up to 142 guests.

Stevenson Theatre

Clore Room A & B and the Claus Moser Room can be hired in conjunction with any event for breakouts, one to one meetings, workshops, team away days, rehearsal spaces and presentations.  Clore Room A & B can be used as separate rooms or as one larger room to double the capacity.
