Studio 3 is our large 9.5 x 55.5m black-box style space, fitted with full blackout blinds and black studio curtains and available for block bookings including evening & weekends, storage, and mark-ups.  

It is accessible via our Stage Door entrance, includes an in-studio kitchenette and access to separate toilet, meaning it can be used by all-gender groups. C

Availability is from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday. 
Rates: £30+VAT (£36 gross), per hour, minimum booking period of two hours. 

Please note, the theatrical lighting equipment is currently de-rigged and note available for use.

Studio 2 is 9 x 7m bright white studio, with a full length dance mirror, semi-sprung flooring and freestanding ballet barres.
A perfect space for workshops, training, castings and training courses. 

Term-time availability: Monday – Wednesday between 5pm and 9pm; Thursday – Sunday between 9am and 9pm.
Holiday-time availability: Monday - Sunday 9am - 9pm. 
Rates: £27.50+VAT (£33 gross) per hour, minimum booking period of two hours. 

Studio 2

Clean Break 

Meeting Room 2 is a cosy space with a sofa and armchair, designed to create a relaxed environment for counsellors, therapists, and private meetings.
Term-time availability: Thursdays and Fridays 9am – 6pm. 
Holiday-time availability: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.
Evening and Weekend availability: Only bookable in addition to a Studio space or if there are other bookings elsewhere in the building.
Rates: £10+VAT (£12 gross) per hour


Meeting Room 2 

Studio 1 is a 12 x 5.5m, classic wite walled studio, with a full length dance mirror, bags of natural light and newly renovated sprung flooring throughout - plus direct access to our private outdoor courtyard.
A perfect space for workshops, training, castings and training courses. 

Term-time availability: Monday – Wednesday between 5pm and 9pm; Thursday – Sunday between 9am and 9pm.
Holiday-time availability: Monday - Sunday 9am - 9pm. 
Rates: £27.50+VAT (£33 gross) per hour, minimum booking period of two hours. 

Outdoor Space

Studio 1

Meeting Room 1 was recently refurbished to offer the perfect mix of comfort and function. With two desks and two arm chairs, this contemporary space is suited to hot-desking for the day, holding interviews or 1:1 therapy and coaching appointments. Plus, with natural light and clean white walls, its also a  great space to record a self-tape or conduct a zoom call. 
Term-time availability: Thursdays and Fridays 9am – 6pm. 
Holiday-time availability: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.
Evening and Weekend availability: Only bookable in addition to a Studio space or if there are other bookings elsewhere in the building.
