The Long Room has a private balcony, floor to ceiling windows, views over the grounds, a bar and state of the art IT. With access via the stairs or a lift it is perfect for most styles of event. It can be used in conjunction with The Terrace Room as a breakout space, or, the grounds for a BBQ and team building prior to a party or after a conference.

The Terrace Room itself is ideal for small meetings of up to 16 delegates. Adjacent is the 6 O'clock Roof Terrace which combined with The Terrace Room offer space for summer drinks parties for up to 30 guests with stunning views of Guildford.

The Grounds themselves can be used for marquee events, team building and family fun days from 200 - 2500.
