Following the enormous success of zuma & ROKA Rainer Becker decided to move away from Japanese cuisine and culture for the first time in over a decade. in 2013 he introduced Oblix, a dual dining experience on the 32nd floor of the shard – europe’s tallest building.

Located in the 32nd floor of the shard, the open kitchen proudly showcases the wood fired oven, charcoal grill and rotisserie that are the heart and soul of the Oblix kitchen.
Oblix west is a rotisserie & grill restaurant offering dishes delivered in Rainers Becker’s signature style. The menu in Oblix west is prepared in full view of diners from the open plan kitchen with dishes from its spit roast, charcoal grill and wood fired oven.
